Prep Team
This non-competitive program is designed to introduce gymnasts to the structure and expectations of competitive gymnastics. This program emphasizes developing strong fundamentals, refining technique, and fostering confident presentation skills. Please note: Placement on the Prep Team does not guarantee a spot on one of our competitive teams.

USAG Developmental Program (Levels 2 - 5)
The USAG Compulsory program introduces gymnasts to the league’s compulsory routines, focusing on developing foundational strength, flexibility, and technique.

8 to 10 USAG Sanctioned Events throughout Long Island including home meets offered at our Lynbrook location
USAG Developmental Program (Levels 6–10)
USAG Optional Program Levels 6–10, in this program gymnasts perform individualized routines, as opposed to compulsory routines, choreographed by their coaches to meet league requirements. This program is the strictest and most technical, and reflects the highest level of commitment in regards to practice and competition.

USAG XCEL Team
The USAG XCEL program offers a more flexible competitive experience while maintaining high-quality gymnastics training. XCEL allows gymnasts to develop their skills and express creativity without the rigidity of the traditional Developmental Program.

Practice
Bronze/Silver: 1–3 days/week, 2–3 hours/day
Gold–Sapphire: 2–5 days/week, 3–4 hours/day

7 to 9 USAG-sanctioned events throughout Long Island, including home meets offered at our Lynbrook location, with the opportunity to compete at the State and Regional level.
USAIGC Team
The USAIGC (United States Association of Independent Gymnastics Clubs) program offers a unique “optional” format where gymnasts perform personalized routines choreographed by their coaches to showcase their strengths. Athletes progress through levels—from Copper to Gold—with opportunities to qualify for regional and state-level competitions.

USAIGC GEMS

IGC GEMS fosters a fun and supportive environment, focusing on solid foundations and exemplary technique while introducing our youngest athletes to competitive gymnastics.

Fees
The competitive teams are tuition-based and charged monthly, prorating is not available. Tuition rates vary by league and schedule. Families will also be responsible for additional fees required of competitive athletes including:
- Annual registration fee with the athlete’s league (USAG or USAIGC)
- Competition fees and coaches fees (per competition)
- Choreography (per routine, for all optional levels, USAIGC and XCEL levels)
- Apparel (at minimum, team leotard and warm up pants are required. Additional items are available but not required.)
- Travel expenses for your family
- Spectator fees per person, per meet
